• $20–$26+ per hour
• Performance-based pay (the better you do, the more you earn)
• Consistent, reliable hours

?? Schedule

• Full-Time: 32–40 hours/week
• No nights
• No weekends
• Stable, predictable schedule

? What You’ll Do

• Clean residential homes using our proven system (we train you)
• Follow detailed Work Orders for each job
• Inspect your own work to ensure quality
• Communicate with clients professionally when needed
• Report job updates and notes through our system
• Maintain and care for cleaning equipment

?? Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Reliable transportation (you will be traveling between homes)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
• Must be dependable—this team relies on each other
